Sanford airport to WDA

Considering flying into Sanford instead since it's drastically cheaper. Usually fly to Orlando Int'l.

Anyone have experience with this? I was looking at doing the $34 round trip ticket. Which is a bus if I'm reading the chart correctly.

We've done it and it wasn't bad at all. Rented a car and was in Orlando in less than an hour.

We did that last year over 4th of July. We rented a car and were on property in no time. Its a nice drive.

I really liked Sanford Airport, especially if you are getting a car. It's a small airport but nice and clean. It was super easy with children since there's not much walking to do. We usually had family pick us up so I never had to take transportation from Sanford to WDW but I would consider it after having a few really good experiences with Allegiant and the airport. Unfortunately Allegiant no longer flies from my local airport so we can't do it anymore.
