Sanford airport to the world...

In looking at flights for our trip in Sept we can fly into Sanford a whole lot cheaper than MCO so I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to get from Sanford to WDW. I know ME does not run there so I was wondering if anyone knows how much cab fare would be or what other options might be open to us.

I did a quick check with the limo company we are using and they charge $182 (roundtrip) for a towncar to any Disney resort outside the MK resorts from Sanford airport versus $125 for MCO.

Hmm...we are going to fly into Sanford but then use ME going home from Orlando. We have used a car service in the past from Orlando to WDW and it was about $80 but I thought a cab might be cheaper if they even go that far.

This says Sanford to MK would be roughly $125. It might be cheaper to use a town car service if you're only using it one way.

Renting a car sounds a lot cheaper than the rest of this. I imagine a cab would be way more than you'd want to pay.

Sadly it looks like we can only save around $60 to Sanford since the return trip leaves at 8AM out of Sanford (way too early) and leaving from MCO does not save enough to go that route. Looking like around $725 round trip for the three of us from PHl to MCO. I am going to wait until Tuesday to see if anything changes but airfare is one of those necessary evils of a Disney vacation.

We paid $150 one way only for a limo.

As a follow up. We managed to score roundtrip from Phila to MCO on a sale for $593.40 through Travelocity today so I just did it and made things easier on us.
