Sandy Track south of the Magic Kingdom

On Google earth, you can see a sandy track looking location, located just south of the service plaza exiting the Magic Kingdom. It is across from the pond on World Drive. What is this? Any ideas?

Looks like either an off-roading circuit or an old campground site. The road leading to it comes off what looks to be an abandoned [or at least rarely used] service road. :shrug:

There is a service road just a little farther below the sandy area that goes back to a communication tower and beyond that to a water treatment plant off Bear Road or Bear something.I have been told about the place by some Disney employees who take their 4x4's and atv's and ride there.From what they told me nobody bothers them.They told me just drive around the frontend loader and follow the road back and I will see where they usually park in the open area by the tower.
