For those of you who have tried it, please tell me how it is... Is it spicy?? Lots of curry flavor??? Indian style food??? Good?? Bad??? Blah???

I am thinking of booking there for October...

I can't wait to try Sanaa in October!

I cancelled my ADR for Yak & Yeti and replaced it with Sanaa because of the reviews I read about Y&Y.

I did the same thing... I did eat at Yak & Yeti last year and enjoyed.. But, I keep hearing good things about Sanaa, and I wanted to make this trip about something different.. and Sanaa will be different!!!

Heading for the great escape.
Its had good reviews on the UK sites too, however the curries are getting a mixed rexeption as they are not quite what we have here. And trust me theres a lot of curry available in this neck of the woods so people are probably expecting a certain style of cooking.

But its on my list to visit too.

I enjoyed it, but I don't think it is quite up to a good East End curry in London, but then again, there aren't many places that are!:)

That's funny cos my family walked in with no ressies and the place was empty. The food was interesting...some good some bad. We all enjoyed the bread selection (particularly with coriander chutney and cucumber raita), hated the samosas. I had the beef stew (i think it's listed as beef ribs or something) and a green chicken curry. Can't say I particularly enjoyed the curry. The desserts were particularly weird.
