San Angel Inn DDP Question

The family and I are going to WDW in 18 days, so excited. We are on the DDP and have one spot open, since it appears we will not be eating (soft opening walk-up) at Be Our Guest on November 12 (the spot we had reserved for BoG.) I am seriously thinking of taking the November 12 dinner spot at either San Angel Inn, which we have been to and enjoyed, or La Hacienda De San Angel.
I was looking at menus today, since they have changed since our last visit two years ago, both on WDWMagic and Disney's site, to perhaps make a decision. I noticed that the Disney site had the pdf menu. On that menu there is a DP symbol shown and says "Disney Dinning Plan Special.” Does that mean if I have the dinning plan, I can only get the Tostadas Tinga (Ap), Tacos de Pescado (main dish) and Crema Bavaria (desert)? Or is anything open on the menu?

I am fine eating that but DW might not be.
Any help is appreciated!!

PS. I have a 9 yr old (DD) and 7 year old (DS) on the plan too.

Everything is open as usual, but that is a special 3 course menu that is available to non-DDP patrons as well as DDP patrons. BTW, I had it last month for the second year in a row, it's really, really good.
