Stalk the individual race threads - several of us run solo. And it will all depend on corral assignments. Might be better to do a meet up after races are finished.

First off, you are a runner.
Second off, as @LAKid53 said, your best bet will probably be to just hang out in the threads for a given race. Sometimes someone will post a meetup thread, but we usually try to keep most talk about a race, in the main race thread. And don't discount just showing up and talking to people in the corral. A few years back spent some time talking to some guys before the half in Jan, ended up running with them them most of the way on the half, and then about 20 miles on the full the next day.
