RunDisney Half-Marathon Cancelled? EDIT: It's not!

I didn't receive the email myself, but my friend just contacted me telling me they got an email saying the half-marathon for the 2021 marathon weekend has been cancelled? Can I get some confirmation on this?

they're going to cancel wine/dine before they cancel anything for January - and so far - November's wine/dine is still on

If it is, they haven't announced that to their sponsors and charitable partners (such as ACCO). So I doubt they have canceled at this time. If they're sending out emails, someone likely has jumped the gun behind the scenes.

It seemed incorrect considering I had seen nothing about it -- I was just looking if there was anyone else that had received an email.

It seemed it would be illogical to only cancel the half and nothing else; thanks.

You're correct -- realized my friend was discussing another half marathon in the area, not the Disney one.
