Room Requests - MDE

Hello,
Is there anywhere on My Disney Experience to make room requests or do you still have to call WDW reservations or the Resort?

If you want a specific room or area you need to call Disney and have it noted on your reservation as a request (keep in mind there are no guarantees.)

As Tuvalu said, you can make the request but it isnt always done. On our last trip we noted it on our reservation when we booked the trip 6 months in advance, had the TA call to reconfirm the request in our package 60 days out , and we called twice, 1 week and then 1 day prior to our arrival... and still were not given what we asked for. We wanted a certain building and w/c accessible room that weve had before. Every Disney rep said it would be noted and thought it would be given, but no guarantees. They were right. We werent happy especially with so much advance notice to our wants.
