Room request - where best to make it 2 weeks out?

I forgot to note my requests and send them for my easter trip through the Touring Plans account, but I'm not sure at this point if it would be still better to use that or if I should be putting my request in directly with DVC.

Does anyone know what my best plan is at this point? Have gotten good results with TP when I do this a month out or more, but I'm not sure at what point the stuff gets away from central reservations and is managed by the hotel or somewhere else. And if too late for TP, should I be calling GS or just putting a note in my online check-in?

Don’t use the online check-in option unless you’re happy with the options it gives you.

I would try chat with Member Services at this point.

But TP will still send a request in for you. So you could do both - just make sure they don’t contradict each other, since the last one received will over-ride the others.

Thanks. The online check in usually has pretty generic options IIRC. (near elevator, low floor, high floor, etc.)

I'll avoid that for sure.
