room request at BWV

My husband and I will be staying at our home, BWV, this Dec for the first time since purchasing in February. When making a room request, close to elevator, who is this request made to? Should I have done this when I originally made the reservation? Can I just call member services now to make the request?

You should just call member services and make the request. Others will also suggest that you fax in your request 4 days prior to the trip.
