Room preferences for Pop?

Tomorrow our 60 day window opens up for online check and fastpasses. This will be our first time staying at Pop and have booked a "preferred room", we are only staying from 12-7 thru 12-11 then we are off on DCL until 12-15.

I have heard that the rooms at Pop are getting remodeled and that building 10 in the 70s has been completed. Because of this I was thinking of requesting the 70s (1st request) and ground level (2nd request). Thoughts?

What would you request if you were me?

I would HIGHLY suggest requesting a top floor room. We stayed in a refurbed room (80's) when it was first done in July. We were on the second floor and while the new refurbished rooms are definitely a plus in every aspect, without the carpet they are very loud. We could hear the people above us walking, moving chairs, everything.
