Rolling Hills or Vistana Villages

Just trying to book our accommodation and wondered if you book Rolling Hills can you use the Formosa Facilities? Also can't find out anywhere if Rolling hills is gated community.
We are used to Vistana both LBV & Villages and love them both but thought we should at least look at something different.
Any ideas would be appreciated if there any that have the standards of Vistana ie: Spa in Master bedroom

Rolling Hills is not gated community and all the homes are privately owned so there is no standard such as all having a spa either separate or in a bathroom suite .It is close to the Formosa shopping plaza but you will need a car.
