Roles and locations

I need some advice for a friend who is interested in working at WDW but he has no idea what role or location would be best for him. The biggest struggles he faces is speed and time management, plus he suffers from anxiety being around a lot of people and gets nervous speaking to people and speaking clearly and loudly. He is very friendly, smiles a lot, always willing to help people, just not deal with and issues people may have.
In my own opinion I think he would do well behind the scenes working with other cast members rather than with the guests, but I am not sure what roles and locations would be a good fit? I had thought 3rd shift or overnights would be good, but he’s definitely not interested in doing that.

I’ve also heard some parks and resorts can be challenging with getting around and getting to your location having to take buses and such. Knowing how he is I feel that would stress him out getting where he needs to go and on time.

Experience wise he doesn’t have much unfortunately but he’s willing to learn. Ideally he wants something working in a office environment. I don’t think Disney has anything like that at least that’s entry level with no experience required.

Anyone have suggestions and or aware of roles and locations at WDW that might be a good fit for him?

Thanks all.

Not sure if CP's are still part of the kitchen staff (They used to be at one point) but that's probably the best place for them to apply for.

But, if riding buses and getting to places on time are an issue, I world recommend he not apply. The cast shuttles in the parks are a zoo. Pretty much always crowded and at popular shift times, down right pushy.

It's almost impossible to be a front line CM and not have to interact with demanding guests.
