I've been searching through YouTube video clips of the WDWRR taken around 1998, I've come across these two videos, featuring a ride clip behind the Roger E. Broggie.

Watch the first video around the 3:36-13:03 mark:

Watch the second one around the 1:41:25-1:55:06 mark:

He had a different whistle during 1998. I have two questions; is that the same Lonergan 4 inch 3-chime whistle that he wore during 2014-2025 or it is just his original Buckeye 3 inch 3-chime acting up?
