Rockin' Both Parks info?

Hey!

I'm interested on info about both Rockin' Space Mountain and Rockin' California Screamin'.

It looks like I might go to Disneyland later this year, but it might be after this special event ends, so I was wondering: How different are the special effects? What is your overall impressions. And also, I heard something about them using Red Hot Chilli Peppers music, but do they use the same song in both rides, and what is the song(s)?

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Just Came back....

Rockin Space & Screaming use two separate songs.

Space by far is the better version (IMO) the timing of the track works very very well with the twists of the ride + the entry narrative. Screaming is just a different song... I'm still foggy from the plane ride & being in the parks from opening to closing for two days but as I remember Space was higher ground and screaming was around the world.

Note that these enhancements are temporary, due to be removed in April.

I wanted to voice my opinion on this since I have finally experienced Screamin'. I thought it was pretty good. The only thing that was different was the music, but it was a nice change. The point of doing this was to attract APs and give them something new, just like what they do with HM and IASW during the holidays. For someone who goes to the parks a lot, it was a nice change. I have yet to experience Space, but I'm sure that will be interesting as well. Oh, and Screamin's song was Around the World, like LordHelmut said.
