Rock the Universe @ Uni

We normally spend a week at US but this year we can only fit in a day in between our WDW trip, only 2 days ago we booked one night at the HR resort, we normally stay at the Portofino as we like the quiet atmosphere! But ad the HR is cheaper and it's only 1 night we went for it.

But.... I've just found out the Rock the Universe weekend 6-7 Sept is taking place, we're booked for the 6th :( how will this affect us? It says it's 4pm - 1am, does that mean the park closes at 4pm? Does it also mean we will have a bad night sleep hearing the music from the park, surely most guests would want to stay at the HR?

I get a feeling we've made a mistake! :(

The parks stop the music by around midnight...and I'm pretty sure the park hours are still until 6pm. They let the RTU crowds in a few hours early.

Thanks, we're thinking of changing our reservation to a few nights later, we may have to pay an admin charge though? :( isn't It typical we planned on booking this night for months and only did it 2 days ago! If only we waited!

Always check their schedule before booking.
Rock the Universe is always the very fist weekend in September.

I'd never heard of it! We always stay at Uni the 2nd week of Sept after our WDW week but are only squeezing a day in between the WDW trip! Oh well, lesson learnt! Thanks :)
