Rock On!

Have just booked the Hard Rock for one night in August - so we can take advantage of Express for 2 days! We have stayed at the Royal Pacific before but not here. Anyone have any must see or do's at the Hard Rock? We are travelling with 2 15 yo and thought they would like it. Is it worth taking swim suits for 1 night?:wave:

Hard Rock has a great pool with a great, lengthy water slide and underwater speaker system - they frequently show movies on a big screen out there, too, so it's definitely worth an evening. I wouldn't miss The Kitchen, it's an awesome family restaurant with some very cool deserts.

yup, the underwater sound system in the pool is decent. also the dive in movies nights are great for kids! the pool bar is decent, ask for natasha she'll look after you! i hear the kitchen (restaurant) is good but i've never been as i can never justify eating in the hotel when there's citywalk on your doorstep.

there's a variety of memorabilia throughout the hotel if you're interested and a decent gift shop.

the fact is there is not one particular "must do" thing in the hard rock hotel, but the overall experience is excellent!! it's my favourite hotel in the world!
