I love them both and both have attributes the other does not, but I must go with Hulk.

Both fantastic rides. But my vote goes to RRC because it feels less like other coasters I have been on, whereas Hulk does not. Just my $.02.

Gotta go with Hulk here. Love RnRC but Hulk gives me more thrill overall.

Both are fantastic attractions, but Hulk wins for me here. It packs so much thrill into such a small footprint, and the queue and theming are excellent.
