Replace the rake with a wet brush, assuming it is fast enough to complete the drawing before the lines dry.

Or replace the rake with chalk paint and let it run around Epcot's front plaza before rope drop.

Now how many do you think will get run over by inattentive scooter users ?? Or even stepped on or kicked by those guests running to the next attraction and didnt see them??
