I figure the teeming masses here should be able to settle this.
Robin Williams.
My wife insists he was the voice of a robot at Epcot when Epcot first opened.
I say no.

I know he did General Knowledge at Cranium Command at Epcot, but that was at Wonders of Life, many years after Epcot opening.

I know he did the voice of the little mascot guy in the original Magic of Disney Animation walk through/video.

Of course, most recently, he was Timekeeper in the recently closed attraction in Tomorrowland in the MK.

Has he been any other voices in WDW?

I'm pretty sure The Timekeeper and the old Animation show is all that Robin Williams has done for the WDW parks. I know he didn't do General Knowledge and I'm pretty sure he didn't do a robot at Epcot either, but I'm not 100% sure about that one.

I was at Epcot in 1984 and don't remember hearing a Robin Williams robot, plus he was just gaining popularity at that time, so it would be somwhat unlikely that Disney would ask him to do a voice.

The Voice of General Knowledge is Corey Burton. The New voice of Captain Hook.

Robin Williams hasn't done any other ones except the ones as mentioned above in the other posts. Only recognizable would have been Genie. Although he's only done his voice for the 1st & 3rd Aladdin movies. The rest of the time it's been done by Dan Castellena the voice of Homer Simpson. And his voice is used alot in the parades and for the Cyberlators in DisneyQuest.

i'd say its a safe bet that she's thinking of Timekeeper. consider the facts
1) the Timekeeper himself was a robot
2) Tommorowland and Future World are easily confused when recalling fuzzy memories
3) Timekeeper's storyline and general sense of imagination and discovery were very much in keeping with the spirit of Epcot, so again, easily confused
4) there was a robot in Innoventions, named Alec Tronic (sometimes credited as Tom Morrow) who had a very similiar visual style to the Timekeeper. he did impressions and told jokes in a very Robin Williams-esque manner. (he did one heck of a Joe Cocker impression) she may be merging the memories of this character and Timekeeper
