Chicago Sun-Times columnist Cindy Pearlman talked to director Robert Rodriguez on the third Spy Kids movie planned already.
Are the kiddie stars gonna be too old to do it? Will it be called "Spy Man and Woman?" "I think it will be great to see these kids grow up," says Rodriguez. "I see this as a series of films about a family. As the kids get older, the dynamics will just change. I even hope we capture our little spy boy's voice changing."
That film is scheduled for July 23rd, 2003. But what about Antonio Banderas' long rumored adaptation of Phantom of the Opera? He tells Pearlman, "I haven't heard anything about it in a long, long time."
