does anyone know where I can find a good road map of WDW? my wife, sister, and I are flying to wdw in October but my parents are driving in from New Orleans and I would like to give them a good map of the property. They usually use i-4 but have not been there since western way opened and I awlays fly so Ihave no idea how to get them there and I would feel better with a good map. Thanks for your help.

Just use one of the map programs available online. It will tell them exactly where to go and can provide maps if you want. Once on property, you only have to follow the road signs in order to get where you want to go.

PJ, you can get a good map & directions from Yahoo Maps. I drive from Waveland, MS. & have good written directions. Several people have use my directions with no problem.

Take I-10 east out of N.O. through Louisana, Miss. Ala. into Florida. You will exit off I-10 in Florida at exit # 296A. onto I-75 South. Take I-75 south for approximately 19 miles to Wildwood. At Wildwood get in the left hand lane. You will exit I-75 just past Wildwood on exit # 328 onto Florida's Turnpike. Stay on the Turnpike until you get to exit # 267A.
This will put you on Hwy 429 which is another toll road. Take Hwy 429 south to exit # 8. Hartzog Rd. (May not be spelled right). The off ramp passes over the road & loops back. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp. You are now on the "Western Way". Take this road onto WDW property.
The road ends at W. Buena Vista Dr. If you're staying at one of the All Star's or AK Lodge turn right on Buena Vista Dr. otherwise turn left.
I don't know which resort you're staying at so you will have to give your parents directions from here.

I hope to get back to the World in October for the F&W and MNSSHP.

Have fun. Tell your parents to watch thire speed in Florida. They are very serious about speeding. Keep it 5mph or less over the limit.
