My family (9 total) are all going to Disney December 27th -January 1st (I know crazy busy but we love it). Originally we had 3 rooms at POFQ, but two of our people couldn't get off of work to be able to go making our total 9. Yesterday I called to change to 2 rooms at PORS since my 5 year old can sleep on the little bed, but the preferred rooms were all booked so we had to book garden view. My brother is a in the military, but will be medically retired by the time that we go because his knees are so bad. I have been looking at the map and the I feel like requesting building 16 would be the best to limit walking as much as possible. Please let me know if there is another place to request. thanks in advance.

I can't remember what building # I had. But I was in the one right next to the royal rooms and that location was awesome. Bus stop was just across the parking lot, bridge to lobby was a short walk as well. I had a garden view room as well. Ok looked it up, I was in building 85 in Magnolia Terrace.

Since you need a room for 5, you'll be put in Alligator Bayou. Make sure to include a request for a first-floor room. None of the two-story Alligator Bayou buildings have elevators.

The Acadian House and Magnolia House really aren't far from the main building because you can cut across Ol' Man Island. We have been in Acadian House our last two trips and love it. It's also conveniently close to the North bus depot.

*edit* but now I realize you need to be in the Bayou.......so ignore my post!
