The seared scallops over risotto at Flying Fish is one of my favorite entrees.

Raglan Road - the Raglan Risotto. I got this in June 2011 and added chicken to it...in the future I won't add the chicken because it was bland and didn't add anything to the dish, but the risotto itself was AWESOME! (Apologies for the dark picture):

Also, when we went to Citricos in summer 2011 my husband ordered the chicken dish, which came with a saffron and green pea risotto. Very tasty...this is a dish that they change up seasonally:

I got the most amazing chestnut risotto at Cali Grill in December, but I think it was a special. I really wanted the entree that came with a different side, but I was torn between that and the second choice entree which came with the chestnut risotto. When I told our waiter of my dilemma, he said they'd be happy to give me my first choice entree with the risotto sode from the other entree. I was delighted!

Best risotto on property by far is at Raglan Road...sometimes missing on lunch menu but just ask for it. By the way, that saffron and green pea might be called risotto but its not risotto.

Le Cellier used to have their filet mignon over rissotto. So yummy! Melt in your mouth!
