Ripsaw Falls Closed

i was just wondering if anyone knew why this ride was closed...again. it's closed all the time and i always see it with no water in it.

There is no news of it closing for refurb on the IOA website - I think you're just unlucky. I'm there in 5 weeks and hope that it will be open as usual.

When I was there about 2 years ago, its was my dad, my brother and myself. My brother and I had been to IOA before but my dad had never been. When we got there Ripsaw Falls was closed, no water in it...I was disappointed...I knew my dad would enjoy the ride but it was closed. We keep going by the ride to see if it was open...but no luck. Then an hour before close the water was running and the ride was open. No wait too. Why did they open it for just an hour, I have no idea, but I'm glad we kept checking the ride to see if it was open. So have faith keep checking the ride...never give up...they may open it for an hour before the park closes...you never know.

yea over the summer this happened and it was up and running within the hour. It frequently happens....the water stopping doesnt mean that its totally shut down forever

I think it is closed cause of injuries that people got on the ride! but hey what do I know
