Rip Saw Falls under refurb again?

So I was reading the Orlando Parkhopper and they reported rip saw was down for refurb again. Anyone know what is going on?

Supposedly it was up the next day. As a reminder, an E-stop will drain the ride. So not having water in the flume is a normal occurance.
