Rides at Sea World

I know about 3 years or so ago some rides at Sea World had addtional fees on top of the park ticket fee. What rides are still not free? I know the boat ride is $5 but are there any others?

Also, do you get really wet on Journey Into Atlantis? I am going at the end of May as it's part of a conference.
