I have made a few revisions to my list of rides and attractions which will be at Disney Studios from my 6th Disney theme park proposal. This list includes what will be avaliable on opening day; which will be around the same time the Magic Kingdom and the rest of the park resort opens, or shortly afterward. As of opening day, Disney Studios will mainly be a production facility, with a few rides and attractions. As profits and attendance increases over the years, Disney Studios will become a full-fledged theme park much like Disney-MGM in Orlando!

Disney Studios will be a production facility with six studios/soundstages; twice the number of studios Disney-MGM has! Also included is a backlot, Residential Street (no longer in Florida), an animation studio, plus a few rides and attractions; as well as the Earfell Tower (an actual working water tower for the studio, not an oversized prop like its Disney-MGM counterpart!!!) Here is my list of rides and attractions:

1.) Cinemagic Special Effects Stage
2.) Disney Studio 1: which includes:
a.) Sound Studio: a mock SFX studio, where guests add SFX to various Disney cartoons!
b.) TV Zone: similar to the now-defunct Disney-MGM attraction; where guests interact with characters on both classic and current TV sitcoms!
3.) The Great Movie Ride (with primarily different scenes from the WDW ride)
4.) Hyperion Theater: a 2,000 seat movie palace-like theater, which features a Cinderella stage show (not yet named, can anyone help me out?) much like the Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, and Hunchback of Notre Dame stage shows at Disney-MGM and the Aladdin stage show at Hollywood Pictures in Disneyland's California Adventure.
5.) Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular: even though Disney-MGM has this, I think this is one of their very-best shows, and therefore, should be included here!
6.) Jim Henson's Muppet*Vision 3-D
7.) Magic of Disney Animation: an actual working animation studio, broken up into the following divisions:
a.) Cel Animation: used primarily for demonstration purposes, TV cartoons for ABC and The Disney Channel, and an ocassional theatrical cartoon short to accompany Disney's feature film releases. No sure is Disney will ever make cel-animated cartoons again, hopefully they will sometime soon!
b.) 3-D Computer Animation: this will be the studio's main product, such Disney has decided to curtail cel animated cartoon features in favor of 3-D computer animated films. Not the best decision for Disney, IMHO!
c.) Clay Animation: used primarily for demonstration purposes, since Disney has used (or plans to use) very little of this product; a real shame, since this is a great (but very underrated) style of animation, IMHO!

8.) Star Tours
9.) Studio Tour: Behind the Scenes
10.) That's Entertainment! Hollywood Gallery: includes exhibits and artifacts from Hollywood and the entertainment industry in general (past and present)
11.) Tron: the Ride (based on an earlier proposal on the Imagineers forum, and located appropriately in the Animation Courtyard!)
12.) Who Wants to be a Millionaire?: Play It!

So far, Disney Studios will have 12 rides and attractions for opening day; twice the number as Hollywood Pictures at California Adventure and slightly over half the number that Disney-MGM Studios has to offer.

In addition, Disney Studios includes:

* a Hollywood-based parade similar to Disney Stars and Motor Cars at Disney-MGM.

* Sorcery in the Sky Fireworks: which will be presented nightly

Fantasmic! may be included here as well, but I am currently leaning more towards placing Fantasmic! in the Magic Kingdom on the Rivers of America, which would give this show access to the riverboat, among other things, and make the Rivers of America come to life each night!

If anyone has questions, comments, and/or suggestions, please feel free to post! :)
