One Little Spark...
On the 6th, when you show up, ask to be seated on the balcony or lower level balcony. This way you can watch Illuminations during dessert. Tell them you are ok with waiting for a table to open up, if needed. The people at the hostess stand will know exactly what you are trying to do, and in my experience, are quite accommodating of this request.

On the 8th, did you specify the Fantasmic package when you made the ADR at Brown Derby? It's free, but you must ask for it when you place the ADR.

On the 14th, if you want a buffet dinner, consider swapping 1900 Park Fare for Chef Mickeys at Contemporary. Much better atmosphere, in my opinion. 1900 Park Fare is ok, but it feels like an afterthought to me. The dining room looks like a convention hall at a Holiday Inn.

On the 15th, since you've already done Shulas, I would check out Il Mulano.

Overall, nice plans!

I would check out Jikos for an Animal Kingdom day...or Yak and Yeti. Jikos, in my opinion, is the best restaurant on property. But, overall, your planning sounds solid! Y'all are gonna go have a great trip!

We had reservations at Narcoossee's for an 8PM dinner on our arrival day, after 14 hours of flights and connections. We arrived around 2PM, went to Magic Kingdom for a few of hours and left straight to Narcoossee's afterwards. My mom was beat, had a terrible headache and was in no mood to eat while I was cranky as heck because of lack of sleep, we ordered, ate two bits of everything asked for the check and went back to the resort without even bothering with desserts. I consider this to be my biggest Disney mistake ever. A very costly one too.

Ask yourself if you're really want to go to a park on your first day after all that flying and if you will be alert enough to enjoy the meal. Be sincere about it because I fooled myself saying I would sleep on the plane and be fresh as new once we landed.

On the 11th, I. Would stay in Epcot. I would say each of the countries offer a better meal than the 50's diner.

Also I would say to much tile at Hollywood studios. Focus more on Epcot and the kingdom.
