I have eaten at many restaraunts throughout the WDW resort and never ate at the Crystal Palace, figuring it was on the "lower" end of things.
Let me stand corrected. I went there this weekend with my wife and Wow! was I amazed!
Seriously, the food at this place was as good if not better than every place I've eaten. In fact, I'd be willing to say the only difference in ANY restaraunt in the WDW resort and this kind is simply atmostphere (which is important). I like atmostphere but I also like my food to be good. If I eat in great atmostphere and have average food and pay a high price, im not happy (and I've had that expererience but will keep it quiet as to not cause a stir).
This place does lack some atmosphere but, are you kidding me!
Prime Rib that was unreal!
Shrimp!
Garlic Mashed Potatoes!
Grilled corn on the cob and on and on and on!
All kinds of deserts!
