Resturant Suggestions Needed

We will be at WDW in March for cheerleading nationals. It will be just myself and my 11 year old daughter. We will have three dinners and two breakfasts free to do as we please (the rest of the time she spends with her team and the gym). This is also her first time to Disney and I haven't not been since I was younger than her, so I am new to this as well. What are your best suggestions for meals? She will eat just about anything. Here is what I was thinking so far, just have to decide which ones:

Chef mickey's (she loves Mickey)
1900 park Fare (for a breakfast)
Garden grill (one of her choices, I think I could live without)
Cape may (for a dinner)
Princess Breakfast (I think this is the Cinderella one?)
Ohana

I know there are many more and I am still clicking and reading each one out there, but was thinking it would be nice to get some real preferences from people.

Thanks in advance!!!

Will you have access to the parks? Or, just the resorts?

Resort choices:
Chef Mickey's (Breakfast or Dinner is a good choice)
1900 Park Fare (Breakfast is Mary Poppins and Dinner is the Cinderella Cast)
Cape May (Minnie, Goofy, & Donald in cute beach costumes are at breakfast, no characters at dinner but it is a nice clam bake)
Ohana (Lilo & Stitch Breakfast and an amazing all-you can eat dinner)

Park Choices:
EPCOT - Garden Grill - I have not been in year, but it was VERY yummy dinner)
EPCOT - Akershus - Disney Princess meal, I was not impressed with the food, Breakfast & Dinner
MAGIC KINGDOM Cinderella's Royal Table - Disney Princesses at Breakfast & Dinner...the food is decent

Some other options you might like if you are not looking for character meals are:
Downtown Disney:
Ragland Road (Great entertainment with dinner)
Rainforest Cafe (Unique atmosphere)

We will have access to everything. And I should maybe clarify that the first two dinners and first breakfast we will be hanging out with close friends who have daughter on my daughters team. But we do have one breakfast and one dinner that is just the two of us, and I think i would like something nice and special for that final dinner maybe. I am sure we will do character dining with the other family (their girls are 3, 6, and 8)

That opens your option up a good bit. Some nice restaurants for a special dinner are plentiful. I like Brown Derby at HS, Tony's at MK, and almost all the Country Restaurants at EPCOT, Cali Grill at the Contemporary, Boma or Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge, The Luau or Musical Revue are great dinner shows.

Instead of or in addition to Garden Grille how about 50's Primetime cafe or Biergarten.

Love the 50s primetime cafe! :)

Your daughter would probably love Sci-Fi or San Angel Inn....both are really cool!! We prefer Cindy's over Askerhaus, but both are fun places for breakfast.
