Restricted rehire status

i had an interview and was told i have a restricted rehire status and i have to work somewhere for at least 6 months. i am working somewhere but i am getting paid like under the table sort of & i plan to reapply again in 6 months but will i run into a problem & how would they know if i have worked for 6 months, will i have to bring like an invoices or something ? or like a notarized letter stating i've been employed there ?

I believe they can check employment status through your social security number when they verify you are entitled to work in the country.

If you are being paid under the table and therefore if wouldn't be on your Social Security record you will most likely need a notarized letter on company letter head stating how long you worked for them and in what position. It is probably best to have one of those any ways if you have restricted rehire status so that there are no questions.
