Restauraunt menus?

I am planning a wdw trip this October with my girlfriend...her 1st trip...although I have been many many times. She has made it obviously clear that one of our meals has to be at The Coral Reef...by The Living Seas...I ate there once about 15 years ago..from what I remember it was good food...although I was only 15 at the time...Anyway I was wondering if there was a menu floating around online somewhere...I checked the WDW website and all it had was the description of the place...also I was just curious...how soon could I make reservations...thanks in advance.
