I think you'll get people telling you a place is great and the next person saying the same place is awful. In terms of the one's you've picked we've been to the majority of them. I think you have a great blend of places that are fun for the atmosphere, great for the food, and character meals.

I think you need to base your reservations on your want/s and needs. For instance, I'd not go to Rainforest cafe, not because its bad, but I'd opt for something that's not a chain restaurant when I'm at WDW. There's a few others that I found not to my liking but that doesn't mean those are bad, they just didn't please me
