Tony's Did not go for many years and the past few trips we have and we have been very pleased with food and service. Chef Mickey's food is nothing special and unless there are kids involved, I just do not recommend to anyone.
Hacienda Both restaurant are nice, but I tend to like the food a little more @ the Hacienda. Also the San Angel Inn is quite crammed with tables in some areas. San Angle Inn wins with atmosphere, but Hacienda wins with food.
Kona This is a tough choice because both are great restaurants, but I would go with Kona.
Sanaa I would definitely go with Sanaa. I love the experience, location, food and service. This is one of my favorite restaurants in WDW. We like to arrive early and check in at the hostess and request a window seat then go to the bar and grab a cocktail and head out to the savannah viewing area and talk to the guide and relax a while.

.....Hacienda over San Angel Inn. Both are good food options ...for the "type" of food that's served ....but Hacienda is a bit more innovative with their menu.

Hacienda vs San Angel Inn - I'm boycotting the Hacienda, so can't pick. San Angel is good, though.

Chef Mickey We ate at Tony's once and it was probably our least favorite meal in WDW. It is very nice inside but the food is just okay
Hacienda We've never eaten at San Angel Inn, but la Hacienda was really good. If you can time it for Illuminations it gives a great view while you eat.
Kona We haven't eaten at Whispering Canyon, but we will for our next trip in Feb. Kona was very good for dinner.
We haven't eaten at Sanaa or Brown Derby, but we are going to Sanaa in Feb for lunch.

Those are easy picks to me. Kona is one of my favorites and San Angel Inn really surprised me. I went for the atmosphere and ended up really loving the food.
