I have one for 2 people at Cali grill. My question is my sister in law may or may not come up from Tampa would they allow me to squeeze her in with us? And if not would I be changed for canceling

Since you are going from a 2 top to a 4 top, it would all depend on availability that evening. If they are full, it's doubtful, but they may certainly try to fit you in, though you may have to wait awhile. As for charging, well, if you explain it nicely, then they sometimes don't charge people.

They are much more lenient if you book 3 people and only 2 show up vs having all 3 be no-shows or cancelling.

I'd add her to your reservation.

Change your booking to 3 people (if possible). If S-I-L turns up you're sorted, if she doesn't then you won't get charged for her no-show providing the two of you show up
