Restaurant Reservations during Extra Magic Hours

Are restaurants open during EMH? If so, can we book ADR's for these restaurants at these times even if we are staying off property?

I have not checked every restaurant on every EMH but it is my understanding that you can not make an ADR past regular park closing time.

I have an ADR for 50's Prime Time for 7.25pm on a night the park closes at 7pm. Should I be worried it's wrong? Or maybe they are making them later since DS is closing so ridiculously early?

No. It should be fine. Like I said there are so many options there is no way to over them all. If the system allowed it they should honor it. Is that on an EMH night?
