Restaurant Hours

Anyone know exactly when you can make the latest reservation at a restaurant. Say, for instance, Le Cellier in Epcot's dinner hours are 4-9PM.

When would be the latest possible reservation? I would imagine they would have to let people in right up until 9PM (which would explain why they didn't go to 930 when I believe IllumiNations starts, to give people a chance to eat and then get out before the park is closed?)

Seems like the other day when I was revamping our ressies that one of the available times was either 8:50 or 9:00. I'd say call WDW-DINE and ask about the particular rest. you are interested in.

When they list that they serve dinner from 4 - 9, that means that you will be able to get a seating until 9:00. The restauarants often stay open LONG past park closing to finish serving dinner.

8:50 actually, they don't seat right up to closing time.

And on EMH nights at Epcot, ask them to check if it's serving beyond 9pm. Some places goto 10pm those nights.

EMH nights can go much later. There was a 2.5 hr wait at the beginning of EMH at Sci-fi last trip and they still were guranteeing seats. So they may stay open much later on those nights.
