I am going to Disney in a few weeks with my family and boyfriend. My mom gives my boyfriend and I a dinner on our own, and I want to go somewhere nice and romantic. We are on the meal plan this year and I would prefer to go somewhere that only takes one dinner and not two. Any suggestions?!?!?!

Check out the menus by following the link, they also explain the dining plan. Have a great time!

PS... there is an entire forum here devoted to restaurants and planning.

Le Cellier [or any of the Epcot restaurants].
Boma.
Wolfgang Puck's Cafe.

You'll likely get lots of suggestions, but those would be my top three...

Is Wolfgang Puck on the dinner plan?

The other two choices are great.

Romantic Dinner

If I could only go to one romantic restaurant with a loved one it would definitely be Coral Reef. If you like fish, it's a very romantic place!!!

According to the chart Wolfgang Puck Express is on the plan.

Chart

Actually both Express and Cafe are listed on that chart [look below and to the right, under "West Side"]

I usually use Disney's actual DDP pamphlet, it's most up-to-date.

Romantic Dinners we've enjoyed!

Citricos
Artist Point
Jiko
California Grill
Les Chefs de France (Very late seating required due to noise)
The Hollywood Brown Derby (Private room with only 4-5 tables)

We enjoyed some romantic dinners at Le Cellier, Jiko, Tony's (if your into the Lady and the Tramp type thing) and Coral Reef (but last I remember Coral Reef was 2 points on the plan).

Didn't even know there were two of them. We don't down there very often.

I'd probably have a hard time finding WP Express, but the Cafe is where we ate after Cirque, it was very good.

Coral Reef

I will have the food plan this year in September and October and Coral Reef is listed as one. It was two in the past but this year it's only one.
