If I want to catch Fantasmic! at MGM and then go to our hotel @ Coronado Springs to freshen up and then head to dinner before hitting MVMCP and our dinner options are:

Chef Mickey's
Concourse Steakhouse
Le Cellier

How crazy is it to shoot for doing Le Cellier? Am I insane to try and pack my itinerary like that or should it be easy for us to get around all those places? (PS we'll have no kids with us at this particular time)

We were going to just eat at the Contemp since it's on the way to MK but that's also the only night we have available for Le Cellier, so what do you think? Save it for another trip?

TIA!

I'm trying to figure out a timeline here... Did I understand you correctly?

Let's say that Fantasmic is at 8, depending on when the park closes. You'd finish watching Fantasmic at 8:30, head back to your hotel, which would take another half hour to 45 minutes (travel time + freshening up time) Then you'd head back to dinner at around 9:15, with an hour and a half for dinner, which takes you to 10:45 and THEN you'd hit MVMCP? Wow! I'm a theme park commando, and even that's a bit too much for me!

You might be better off, time-wise, with a counter service meal, skipping Fantasmic, or just not freshening up. But if you really do want to have it all, I'd stick with dining somewhere in the MK. That way you'd cut down on a little travel time. Le Cellier is, IMHO, the best I've ever eaten on property, but it's not going anywhere. It'll still be there on your next trip.

Happy eating!

Why hit fantasmic and only go to 2 hrs of MVMCP??? if you're going to the party -- go to the party -- you can get in at 4-30 why wait til 9-10pm?

I was thinking Fantasmic! was at 7PM (It says that on their site) but today I booked it and asked abou the EMH and MHM is open until 10PM that night, so....I'm probably just going to skip Fantasmic!

Thanks anyway.

Why would you want to miss any of MVMCP when you're paying $40 something for each ticket to attend the party, that's just crazy. Save Le Cellier for another trip and don't worry about freshing up so much, just throw a little extra deodorant on in the morning and you should be okay. Besides we all have a bit of the goat smell going on by the end of any evening after being the parks all day. Have dinner at either place in the Contemporary it's much closer, you can even walk over to MK afterwards.

And dont forget most of the year EPCOT closes at 9PM (which means Le Cellier does too)

You're right, my bad...I've never been to MVMCP so I did some research and I'll fit Le Cellier in somewhere else.

In December, Fanstasmic will probably be at 7pm. However, you are paying extra for the Christmas party, why only go for half of it?
