One of our favorites that I don't read much about here is the Gospel Brunch at House of Blues, one of our favorite things to do at all of WDW.

The Cabana Bar and Beach Club at the Dolphin is "my" hidden gem lunch spot.

So glad you narrowed this down to just everywhere....
For us one of our must do's is Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom. Just love the ambience and outdoor setting as well as the food. For a great dinner we love Jiko at AKL. My guilty pleasure is the Biergarten restaurant in Epcot. Yes, I know its a buffet...but its all I can eat German and lots of beer. So yeah.

We really enjoy Yak & Yeti at AK. Saana at AKL is great, but I think it is becoming very popular.

I usually have Ohana as a must visit, however I tried Kona Cafe yesterday and it was great.
