Resort survey card ?

We stayed at POR December 5th- 10th. Last week I got a postcard asking me to take an on-line survey about our experience. It has been more than 10 years since I last stayed on property, so a lot has changed since then. However, I have stayed on-site many times prior to that and have never gotten a survey card before.

Now I'm curious. Is this something commonplace now ? Have any of you here participated in post vacation surveys ? This one did relate only to the resort - not the parks.

I do them almost every trip we go on - I had a CM tell me one time that b/c my hubby and I smile so much and are never in much of a hurry they don't mind asking us for our email to fill out the surveys - she said we look approachable. who knows? I've done resorts, parks, and water parks - even a restaurant once. I like them, and I try to really pay attention to the park, resort, etc. after they've asked me for my email so that I can remember any specifically great CM's!

I got one after my trip in July. It was very fun to be asked my opinion!

We've gotten them the last few trips... I always do the survey, it only takes a few minutes.

I answered an online survey for my stay at the begininng of december. it was a little longer than I imagined. I was glad I was sent the postcard because I had a somewhat upsetting experience at the check in desk and wanted to share it with them.

I get them after each visit.

We go in a large group and after our last visit a few of us received cards asking us to participate in a survey. They all pertained to our stay at the resort.

We have received a guest survey after each our trips. They do take a while but it's nice to let them know what went right and what went wrong with your experience.
