Does anyone know if rates are out for 2003? I am planning a trip for our anniversary in early January, and I'm curious about rates after the holidays. Is that considered an off season for the monorail resorts?

Yes the 2003 rates are out. They have the room rates at Mousesavers and if you ring they have the full package prices at WDW.
