Resort Monorail Opening?

What time does the resort monorail open? The WDW website says that the monorail opens 30 minutes prior to park opening. I get that for MK Express and Epcot lines. Is it the same for the resort monorail? I'm planning on having an ADR about 7:45 or 8:00am at GF Cafe. I would prefer to park at the TTC then take the monorail to GF for my meal then monorail to MK afterward.

Can't be more "official" than a handwritten sign by a Disney CM. Thanks! This leads to another question: In another thread it was stated that the HS parking lot doesn't open until 9:15 for a 10:00am opening. What about the MK TTC parking lot?

All of the parking lots are opening 45 mins prior to park opening, including TTC
