Yes but you may be asked to provide an ADR confirmation. Some resorts are more strict than others about letting people on property to park. Arriving by Disney transportation wouldn't be a problem
Are you going to be staying on or off property?So if we are doing some monorail resort exploring, and have a drink or a quick bite to eat(no ADR), would the best bet be to park at Disney Springs and take a WDW bus(or an Uber) to resort?
Disclaimer…I am not looking to go into parks without paying for parking. Just 3-4 hours on any given night to check out a resort.
