resort deposit upon check in?

Hi we are booked in to french quarter for 7 nights in july. Does anyone have some idea of the deposit they need from a credit card upon check in to cover incidentals? Also is the money usually refunded straight away on checkout? Or does it take a while to process over?

No deposit is required, they simply need a card on file. The most they will do is charge and then refund $1 to make sure the card is valid.
