Resort construction / refurb schedule?

Does anyone know if this exists somewhere? I'm looking for something with a list of all Disney resorts that tells me when the rooms were last refreshed (hardgoods and softgoods), any current construction resort-wide, and any planned future construction. I know things are posted on this forum sporadically, but is there a one-stop-shop that gathers all the data into one place? I'm thinking of cancelling my 2016 Wilderness Lodge stay due to the DVC construction, but don't want to end up at a resort with a similar or worse situation.

I wish I knew the answer myself. We are headed down in December.
Lol, gotta tell you, I didn't think this would be my first post. I came to the boards lurking and reading the debates sevaral years ago. I always thought I would make the first post about growing up in rural Missouri, not far from Marceline, arm chair imagineering.
Hopefully we can get some information soon. I don't want to be in a construction/war zone. Being a superhero is a tough job. I need my escape from reality!
