Resort Airline Check-In question

I will be in WDW shortly, and am flying out on Continental.

Continental charges for baggage. However if you are a frequent flyer, and if you have Continentals credit card, then the first bag is free. I happen to meet both criteria.

The way it's supposed to work is if your OnePass account is linked to your credit card, then the agent should see no charge for bags. If that does not work, you just show them your card and the bag is free.

Has anybody tried this with RAC? Do the agents there have the ability to handle this. I know if its a problem I can just check-in at MCO, but I like to use RAC if possible.

On the same note. When traveling with a group (which I will be doing in August) my card is supposed to get the entire group (as long as they are on my itenerary) their first bag free. Can RAC handle that?

Thanks

I had to call a number to arrange the baggage charge. They handed me a little business card with a number to call (where I waited on hold a looooooooooong time) and then I had to give them my information. They then gave me a confirmation number, which I showed to the employees, who then accepted the bags.

What time are you supposed to call? The same day you are leaving or can you call the day before?

I did it the morning I was leaving. My flight was not until later in the evening, so that morning I dropped off all my luggage, and got to spend a good chunk of the day at the parks. I suspect you could call anytime within your 24 hour flight check in period.
