Is there a way to get notified when an available time opens up for dining? I thought I read you get an app or signup through a website for notifications if they located one. Anyone know?

As far as I know, there's only two options, you check the Disney website or you telephone Disney Dining. If your chosen restaurant is full on the date / time you require, you just keep checking back to see if anyone's cancelled
