rescheduling traditions

Hello~
I recently applied and was accepted as a CM in food service. So excited, but I realized that the date I'm scheduled to do Traditions / Welcome class are on a day I cannot make. Has anyone here rescheduled your Traditions? How lenient are they in doing so? I would likely need a 1-2 week pushback, but I'm worried that would be asking for a lot.
